I love these photos of Jack!!! Every time I look at these pictures I just want to squeeze his cheeks and kiss him. Everyday he makes me laugh. This little jokester is just so stickin cute. He love planes, trains and automobiles. Jack is very social and loves being around people. He is a natural born leader. I am learning everday how much like Scott this little boy is. Perhaps that's why I love him so much. I am so thankful for the joy he brings.

Ellie's Photo Shoot
These photos capture the heart of my little princess. She is a girly girly, who loves to dance and is always ready to perform. Ellie loves to learn. Because she embraces learning, puzzles, books, and games a some of her favorite toys. However, she does love her Barbies. Her tenderness and compassion run deep. She is sassy, strong and independent. I am so excited to see what God has planned for this amazing and beautiful little girl.
Month In Review (well, at least the first half)
February is a busy month. There are a lot of happenings in February like: Groundhog Day, Presidents Day, Flag Day (of Canada), Leap Day (every four years), Black History Month, and of course Valentine's Day. The Moore's have been very busy this month, and we thought that a few of our activities should be holidays in February.
Girlfriends Day - Ellie has always said that we were girlfriends. A few weekends ago we took a day to celebrate this. First, we went and had our nails done and then, ate quesadillas.
We're Boys Day - Jackson and his Daddy are boys. What better way to celebrate manhood than by attending a truck party. Jackson made his very own tool belt and came home wearing a hardhat (both things Scott has never owned or worn).
Library Day - Although it may seem pretty obvious what we did on this day, Scott was a little confused as to what we would be doing at the Library. Once explained, he became excited because he had never owned his own library card. The library proved to much more exciting than any of us had anticipated. Jackson threw a major tantrum while leaving the library and as punishment was unable to read his books . When we were finally able to read them, we discovered that he had drawn in them.
Engagement Day - Scott and I got engaged on February 15th, so we reserve our romantic rendezvous for then.
However, the Moore's do celebrate Valentines's Day as a family. For us the day starts with heart shaped pancakes. After breakfast we do some crafts. Later in the day we made heart shaped pizzas for dinner, and Scott made little cakes with the kids for dessert. We completed our festivities with a special pajama party and movie night.
Ok, so maybe these activities won't become National Holidays, but they are special memories and things we as a family will continue in the future.
